From now on the InfoServer is called LogiKal MES. MES is short for “Manufacturing Execution System“, a term used in production control management. The renaming takes account of the fact that ever since its first rollout in 2015 the software has become more sophisticated. Having started out as an information allocator it has now been further developed into being a wide-ranging production control system. Enhanced features consider new needs of customers which are continuously developing in the wake of changing demands within the industry with regards to efficiency and security. We look forward to what is coming with LogiKal MES.
